Update - 8th June 2010

Caledonian Productions was asked at the creditors meeting on the 25th of May 2010 to advise the general public on the legalities of obtaining refunds for their money.

Our legal team's conclusion is:

1. Anyone who has purchased a ticket on-line should ask their card provider for a charge back to reclaim their payment.
2. Anyone who bought their ticket in person should approach the ticket seller for a refund. If this transaction was by credit card they may be able to use charge back. They must produce the ticket as proof that they purchased it from that supplier.
3. Anyone who does not receive a refund from the above should file a creditor's claim against Caledonian Productions Ltd and will receive a percentage of their claim dependant on any funds being available once all prior transactions dealt with.

As a result of this decision No 27 bar restaurant has decided to refund ticket holders who purchased tickets directly from this ticketing outlet, we will be contacting people directly by the end of June.

ROCK4LIFE INFORMATION LETTER - 6/5/2010

Dear Ticket Holder,

As you can imagine it is taking considerable time to administer, collate all the information to enable us to return peoples money, after the collapse of the ROCK4 LIFE festival.

The festival collapsed due to lack of ticket sales and monies being held in the I Med system are not available for 6/8 weeks.

The company has taken advice from various sources , but after advice from Bill Young of Ritson accountants we have decided to collect in all the monies due Rock 4 Life as the cost of using an administrator would eat into the ticket monies considerably which would lessen the amount we could pay back to out ticket purchasers.

We are at present reclaiming monies from our ticketing agents, and deposits from bands, this as I am sure you can appreciated takes time.

Once we have collected all monies due to the company, we will be issuing refunds by cheque to all parties who purchased Rock 4 Life tickets.

We would anticipate having all refunds paid to ticket holders within the next 8/12 weeks.

We would like to apologies for the lack of information, initially, but hope this letter of explanation helps the situation and eases your frustrations.

I would ask as a matter of courtesy NOT TO CALL the following, as these were ticketing outlets and have nothing to do with the running of Rock 4life.

These ticketing outlets are as follows:

• Highland Hospice,
• No27 Bar Restaurant,
• Online ticketing IRIS,
• Eden Court Theater,
• Bog Bain Farm,
• Or any private ticket vendor.

None of these companies will be able to assist you with any further information
